Alexandra is a Business Consultant with Ashridge Consulting, where she works with organisations to enable significant change in challenging environments. She joined Ashridge from Penna Consulting where she spent five years as consultant and client relationship manager, predominantly in the Investment Banking sector in the City of London.

Design and facilitation of Climate Leadership Programme for MPs and Parliamentary Candidates (Labour, Tory & LibDem, with input from Royal Society and UKCCC)
Design & facilitation of ‘inter-generational’ executive team retreat for development of organisational sustainability definition, vision and strategy (Shipping, Global)

Alexandra's particular interest is the formation of shared identity in organisations and the implications for intra- and inter-organisational collaboration and cross-functional team working.
Alexandra graduated in 1994 with a BA (Hons) in History and completed her Masters in Organisation Consulting in 2005. She is currently undertaking a professional doctorate in organisation consulting, focused on the subject of organisational engagement and change towards sustainable business practice. Her early career was spent in advertising and psychometric assessment as a relationship manager.
