Chris Nichols


His consulting experience spans almost every sector over the past two decades. Chris has worked in pharmaceuticals and health, engineering and construction, professional services, banking and finance, energy and utilities and telecoms. His main consulting activities involve helping to develop creative large group activities to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

His personal research interests lie in the area where strategy and leadership and creativity meet – where his thinking draws on work from a diverse range of influences. He is a co-founder of and, both of which are initiatives to help people see organisational issues in new ways and thereby develop innovative solutions and leadership approaches.
