CURRENT INTERESTS

He believes that we as individuals can be more helpful and successful by acknowledging the present and getting more aware of our responsibility for the future and the relations we have with others: “What it is that really matters and what do I do about it?” To ensure organisational performance, it is essential to consistently integrate personnel and organisational systems and practices to create an environment that allows unfolding people’s creativity and commitment. This can be done in dialogue in every area and on every level starting now.

Aside from his consultancy work, Joachim is a frequent lecturer at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen, School of Management Zurich and University of Constance and is head of the youth section of the local German alpine association. Being a mountaineer and guide himself Joachim encourages kids and group leaders to search for meaningful experiences of trust and cooperation, self-consciousness and nature.
