Anthony Kasozi, BSocSc, MSc, Fin.Econ, PhD

Anthony Kasozi is an Associate with Ashridge Consulting with many years’ line management and organisation consulting experience. After working with Unilever, Anthony worked as a management consultant with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, and Coopers & Lybrand, before joining Ashridge Consulting Ltd. as a Business Director.
As an advisor and consultant Anthony has worked with many public and private sector organisations as well as international agencies and NGO’s, the UK, West – Central Europe, Africa and Asia. Over the last 15 years Anthony’s work has helped a wide variety of people and organisations to build the personal and organisational capabilities needed to address their organisations’ or communities’ most pressing challenges to development and overall well-being. Anthony’s work has involved him in work with leaders and managers in organisations such as The World Health Organisation, Oxfam, Siemens Financial Services, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, The International Finance Corporation (World Bank), UNAIDS and The Global Fund.
Anthony’s work is focused on helping organisations and communities to address policy, and development issues. In doing this Anthony’s consulting support to individuals and organisations has ranged across many areas - including:
- consulting for organisation and socio-economic development
- strategy, policy and economics work for entrepreneurship, business and social wellbeing and overall sustainability
- leadership and management development (public, commercial and NGO)
- coaching and consulting to senior managers leading strategic and organisational change.
Anthony holds an MSc Financial Economics degree from University of London, a BSocSc. International Studies Degree from University of Birmingham and PhD following research into cultural and institutional influences on economic performance. He is also an accredited Ashridge Executive Coach; a member of the Institute of Transactional Analysis and holds Level A and Level B qualification of the British Psychological Society.
In addition to his consulting work Anthony is engaging directly with activities that enable effective change to further responsibility and sustainability in organisations and communities. At Ashridge Anthony is a co-leader of the Ashridge InterfaceRAISE Sustainability Initiative set up to help organisations that are seeking actively to address sustainability issues.
Privately Anthony is also a founder director of a resource facility supporting leaders and teams working in changing and challenging developmental contexts in sub-Saharan Africa.In addition to his consulting interests he maintains an active interest in management and other capacity building initiatives in commercial and public organisations in developing countries.
