Ashridge Consulting

Alexandra is a Senior Consultant with Ashridge Consulting and a Programme Director for the Business of Sustainability programme. She combines experience in effecting participative organisational and culture change strategies with a strong theoretical base to help client organisations become more sustainable, ethical and successful. Alexandra is particularly interested in how the development of shared purpose in service of forming sustainable business creates new energy and stimulates innovation.

Recent projects have included:

• Cultural renewal in EMEA-based IT infrastructure provider using complexity-informed participative inquiry processes to foster engagement, accountability and collaboration
• Design and development of the Business of Sustainability programme for leaders wanting to develop sustainable business practicies
• Talent and leadership programme for executives in European bank
• Culture change in global pharmaceutical, facilitating local action and inquiry, experimentation and ownership of process
• Fostering empowerment and collaboration in European telco by application of Appreciative Inquiry principles and supporting managers in the 'business as usual'
• Facilitating development of environmental strategy & policy for IT business
• Participative strategy creation & senior team development for construction busienss in Russia
• Development of comprehensive suite of leadership development interventions based on initial rigorous inquiry to uncover relevant local leadership principles

Alexandra graduated in 1994 with a BA (Hons) in History and completed her Masters in Organisation Consulting in 2005. Her early career was spent in marketing and HR consulting.
